當下輥夾緊板材三輥卷板機開端任務時
三輥卷板機的機架為鑄件,機架中上輥與下輥以及上輥與側輥之間的銜接局部厚度很小,輥子與軸承座之間采用的是銅套作爲滑動軸承。另外三輥卷板機又由于軸承座在卷制板材時輥子的非接觸側承載,軸承座設計如圖中所示。所以在卷制板材時輥子之間可以完成零間隔接觸,可以卷制工件的最小筒徑尺寸很小。該機在最大規格時可以卷制的最小筒徑為1300mm,而國際相反規格三輥三輥卷板機遠遠達不到這一尺寸。三輥卷板機下輥是由裝在輥子軸承座上面的斜體往復挪動來控制。
當下輥夾緊板材三輥卷板機開端任務時,在下輥挪動驅動力不大的狀況下,此時下輥可以接受宏大的壓力。該機的斜體可以將下輥所受的載荷無效地傳到空中上。此時斜體具有自然的自鎖功用并可以堅持足夠的夾緊力直至工序的完成。又由于輥子與軸承之間采用的是銅套滑動軸承銜接,輥子的承載局部可以設計的絕對較大輥子的任務局部直徑為1168mm,兩端的承載局部為883mm和922mm,與輥子的任務局部相差不多。所以該三輥卷板機的承載才能強,可以卷制板材的最大厚度為 220mm。
